The neck fan is very good quality build and it's an exceptional product.The shipment arrived less than 3 weeks from China.The air flow volume is very high,has 3 speeds and to be honest I think that you will use it on 1 and 2 because in 3 your hair will raise from your head.😁It's not that hot in my country now but I think this fan is great for hot summer days!I highly recommend this seller and this product!
