How do I cool my Migraine Buster?

Simply pop in the freezer bag and then put bag in the freezer for approximately 2 hours then slip over your head/face. The MigraineBuster should then remain cold for around 30 minutes and then cool for another 30-45 minutes.

How much of my head and face does the cooling gel cover?

The cooling gel is throughout the entire cap so you will get cooling relief over every part of the head and face which the MigraineBuster covers.

How much pressure will it put on my head?

The MigraineBuster is designed to apply a firm but comfortable 360 degree pressure on your head and face. It also does not have any irritating inserts or similar so you just feel the soft fabric around your head/face.

My Migraine Buster has a strange smell. What can I do?

Occasionally, new MigraineBuster caps may have an unusual odour. If so, simply wipe with a damp cloth and air out. You may have to repeat this process a few times to eliminate any smells.

Can it also be heated up and used as a warmer?

Yes, simply pop into your microwave for about 20 seconds initially. Check the heat of the MigraineBuster and put back into the microwave for 10 second increments if not hot enough for you.
